We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Darwin on a 12-month contract, leading the next phase of a major data centre fit-out project.

The Opportunity

Based in Darwin, you'll lead the delivery of the next phase of a major data centre fit-out project within a live mission-\u201ckritical environment.

As Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall leadership, coordination and successful delivery of the project through to completion. Working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and Kapitol's specialist delivery teams, you'll drive programme, commercial, quality and safety outcomes while ensuring the project is delivered to the highest standard.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong client management, commercial acumen and the ability to lead high-performing project teams through a technically complex construction environment.

You’ll play a key role in delivering critical infrastructure that supports Australia's growing digital economy while contributing to one of Kapitol's most significant project portfolios.

About You

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who has developed their career within a Tier 1, Tier 2 or equivalent commercial construction environment.

• Demonstrated experience delivering commercial construction projects as a Project Manager.
• Strong commercial and financial management capability.
• Proven leadership of project teams, consultants and subcontractors.
• Experience delivering technically complex construction projects involving significant building services, infrastructure or mission-\u201ckritical elements.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to project delivery.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience within data centres, industrial, health, defence, pharmaceutical, advanced manufacturing or other technically complex project environments will be highly regarded.
• Experience working within live operating or mission-\u201ckritical environments is also advantageous.
