Job summary

YDU JC Air Cond & Ref Inc.- Dubai in Sydney is seeking a Project Manager to lead delivery of multiple electrical/HVAC projects on time and on budget, while building strong client relationships and coordinating cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.

You will plan, coordinate, and control project deliverables, conduct FAT/SAT, monitor quality and safety, review finances, and drive continuous improvement, with career and training opportunities and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Trade cert or degree with HVAC/BMS experience.
• Experience in BAS design and controller concepts.
• Experience FAT and SAT testing.
• Proficient MS Office and project management tools.

This role is part of our Sydney projects team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring flawless delivery to meet customer expectations and needs, including on-time and on-budget completion of a variety of projects. You will build and maintain excellent customer relationships and demonstrate strong organizational and technical innovation skills in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and prepare project deliverables required to initiate, develop, and execute assigned projects.
• Supply leadership and manage projects to meet performance and project requirements.
• Ensure project financial status is regularly reviewed and updated.
• Maintain high quality of work and compliance with OHS&E standards.
• Effectively manage customer and contractor relationships.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and solutions that enable continuous organizational initiatives.
• Demonstrate discipline, professionalism, ethics, and accuracy under limited timeframe pressures.

Qualifications

• Trade certificate in Electrical/HVAC or an engineering qualification with BMS or HVAC experience.
• Strong background in Building Automation Systems (BAS) and overall design intent, controller product design, and alternative solutions.
• Experience conducting Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
• Competent computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Project, and Visio.
• BIM and AutoCAD skills are advantageous.
• Ability to adapt and develop through digital transformation.
