Help us create a cleaner energy future, and we’ll back you every step of the way as you build your career.

About the role

Are you an experienced Project Manager with the technical acumen and interpersonal skills to deliver complex projects in a mining and power generation environment? • Coordinate engineering, operational, commercial and contractor inputs, constructively challenge assumptions and translate complex technical information into clear project decisions.
  • Prepare and present project investment cases, recommendations and approval materials that clearly explain value, risk, options and proposed outcomes.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and ensure compliance with governance requirements, project methodologies, safety standards and relevant technical obligations.
  • Identify and implement improvements to project management systems, processes and ways of working.
About You

You are a capable and collaborative Project Manager with experience in mining, heavy industry or another complex operational environment. You combine strong technical acumen with exceptional interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, enabling you to build credibility with diverse stakeholders and bring people together around clear project outcomes. • Experience preparing and presenting project investment cases, business cases, recommendations and governance submissions.
  • A sound understanding of project management methodologies, governance, tools and techniques.
