Job summary

KONE in Mascot, NSW is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our New Building Solutions Team. You will administer and control multiple construction projects across Sydney, lead project teams, and engage proactively with customers while managing resources and finances.

You will champion safety, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with site managers to deliver on time and within budget. A tertiary qualification in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred, with 5+

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering construction projects.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications desirable (Construction Management, Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering).
• Experience managing a high volume of projects simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to build trusted relationships.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Achieve safety targets by developing a safety-focused culture and adhering to procedures.
• Communicate effectively with customers and subcontractors throughout the installation process.
• Support site managers and lead project escalations.
• Manage project financials, budgets, forecasting, and reporting.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives across delivery.

KONE are looking for a Project Managerto join our New Building Solutions Team in Mascot, NSW. This person will administer and control projects across Sydney using their ability to manage resources, engage proactively with customers and motivate and inspire project teams.

What will you be doing?

• Achieve KONE's safety targets by developing a safety focused culture, ensuring adherence to clearly defined procedures and guidelines.
• Effectively communicate with customers and subcontractors throughout the installation process.
• Support site managers and provide leadership during project escalations.
• Manage project financials, budgets, forecasting, and reporting.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives across the delivery function.

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years’ experience in delivering construction projects.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications highly desirable (i.e. Construction Management, Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering).
• Experience managing a high volume of projects at one time.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building trusted relationships and driving successful outcomes.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
