Job summary

CyberNinja Consulting Pty is seeking an organised Project Manager to lead cybersecurity and compliance engagements from kickoff to certification. You will own scope, timelines, budgets, and risk management while coordinating consultants, clients, and auditors.

The role requires experience across multiple concurrent projects, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Agile/PRINCE2/PMBOK methodologies. Hybrid work mode with 3 days per week in Sydney.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing projects, ideally in cybersecurity, IT, or professional services.
• Strong stakeholder-management and written/verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with project methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, or PMBOK).
• Right to work in Australia and able to work hybrid (3 days/week) from our Sydney office.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run multiple client compliance engagements (ISO 27001, SOC 2, Essential 8) from kickoff to certification.
• Own project scope, timelines, budgets, and risk/issue tracking.
• Coordinate consultants, clients, and external auditors; run status meetings and reporting.
• Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, and delivery artefacts.
• Identify scope creep and delivery risks early, and drive them to resolution.

This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who thrives on structure and clear communication.
