The Long Service Corporation is seeking a Project Manager (Clerk Grade 9/10) to lead complex digital initiatives with hybrid and flexible arrangements in Sydney. You will oversee end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and governance to meet timelines, budgets and quality standards.
Based within the Department of Customer Service, the role focuses on delivering new portable long service schemes and improving existing programs.
Salary Range: $133,348 to $146,945 plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

The Long Service Corporation (LSC) is a standalone agency within the Department of Customer Service, managing portable long service leave schemes for the building and construction industry and the contract cleaning industry. We are also preparing to launch our third scheme for the Community Services Industry (CSI). You will join the Digital and Program Delivery team, a newly established team responsible for delivering new schemes, implementing the systems and processes that support them, and driving continuous improvement across existing schemes and platforms.
The Long Service Corporation (LSC) manages portable long service schemes for the building and construction industry and contract cleaning industry, and we are about to launch our third scheme for community services industry (CSI). You’ll be joining the newly established Digital and Program Delivery team in LSC. The team is leading the delivery of new portable long service leave schemes, including the development and rollout of the systems and processes needed to administer them. In addition, this team is also responsible for ongoing improvement initiatives ensuring our current schemes and systems continue to evolve and improve.
As a Project Manager, you will manage and coordinate the development, implementation and evaluation of complex projects that support the achievement of organisational objectives. You will work across the full project lifecycle, partnering closely with stakeholders, vendors and internal teams to deliver outcomes on time, on budget and to agreed quality standards.
This role is focused on delivering a specific new platform. As such, experience delivering digital transaction or portal-based solutions (e.g. web transactions, customer portals, or applications) is essential.
Candidates whose experience is primarily operational or business-as-usual (BAU) delivery, without evidence of leading discrete, time-bound project outcomes, are unlikely to meet the requirements of this role.
