Boylson Construction is a NSW-based builder delivering construction, remediation and fitout projects for councils and private clients across Sydney. You’ll take projects from contract award through to handover and defects, typically running several projects valued from 250k–$4M, and lead site managers and subcontractors to deliver them safely, on time and on budget.

Responsabilidades

• Manage projects from contract award through to handover and defects.
• Lead site managers and subcontractors to deliver projects safely, on time and on budget.
• Administer contracts, EOTs, RFIs, notices and correspondence.
• Act as main contact for clients, superintendents and authorities.
• Monitor budgets and forecast cost to complete; report monthly on cost, program and risk.
• Drive WHS, quality and environmental compliance in line with IMS.

Boylson Construction is a growing NSW-based builder delivering construction, remediation and fitout projects for councils & private clients across Sydney . Our projects range from community precincts, sports fields and amenities buildings to heritage remediation, structural repairs and commercial fitouts.

We’re a hands-on, close-knit team of project managers, site managers, an estimator, WHSEQ and operations support.

you’ll take projects from contract award through to handover and defects. You’ll typically run several projects at once, valued from 250k–$4M, and lead site managers and subcontractors to deliver them safely, on time and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects end to end: programming, procurement, cost control, variations and progress claims
• Administer contracts (GC21, AS4000, AS2124 and council/government forms), including EOTs, RFIs, notices and correspondence
• Act as the main contact for clients, superintendents, consultants and authorities
• Lead and support site managers, and set up and manage subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitor budgets and forecast cost to complete, and report monthly on cost, program and risk
• Drive WHS, quality and environmental compliance in line with our IMS, including SWMS reviews, ITPs and inspections
• Manage documentation, design coordination and handover packages (as-builts, O&Ms, certification)
• Support the estimating team with tender reviews, buildability input and handover from tender to delivery
