Trifecta Recruitment partners with a respected Tier 3 commercial builder delivering projects across Retail, Commercial, Education, Childcare and Industrial sectors in Melbourne. The Project Manager role offers ownership of diverse projects valued up to $60M and a strong focus on delivery and teamwork.

You will lead planning, procurement, programming and across-site coordination, while maintaining safety, schedule and budget discipline. A proactive, client-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the Victorian Commercial Construction market.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage project budgets and financial performance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead site teams and coordinate multiple subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of construction programming, procurement and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects from initial planning and procurement through to construction, delivery and handover.
• Manage project budgets, financial forecasting, cost reporting and overall commercial performance.
• Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Manage client relationships, providing regular project updates and ensuring expectations are consistently met.
• Oversee project programming, procurement, subcontractor negotiations and construction methodologies.
• Identify and manage project risks, variations and contractual obligations.
• Work closely with senior management and Contract Administrators to ensure successful project outcomes.

With a strong pipeline of secured work and a well-established team structure, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their Melbourne team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside respected industry leaders while taking ownership of a diverse range of commercial construction projects valued between $1M - $60M.

Your New Role

What You Need To Succeed
