Job summary

Eire Constructions is seeking a Project Manager to lead water treatment plant projects from planning through commissioning. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, control budgets and schedules, and maintain regulatory and quality standards on site or in a DIDO roster.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in water construction or upgrades.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Proficiency in project management software and engineering tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Certification in Project Management is highly desirable.

The Role

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. They will manage project teams, resources, budgets, and schedules, and coordinate project teams and assign tasks and responsibilities, while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. This role will monitor and report on project progress, including cost, quality, and timeline, and will be required to manage project risks, issues, and changes. The project manager may be required to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, requiring a combination of technical, organisational, and leadership skills, along with effective stakeholder and team management.
