Job summary

The Project Manager at NBN Co plays a crucial role in delivering strategic transformation initiatives across multiple business units within the Field Services portfolio. You will lead and coordinate programs, ensuring outcomes align with business objectives and governance standards.

You will manage resource planning, risk and issue management, quality assurance, and change management, while preparing documentation and governance presentations for senior stakeholders to drive successful project

Qualifications

• Experience delivering strategic transformation initiatives across multiple business units.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, planning, governance, and execution capabilities.
• Experience with end-to-end delivery lifecycle from discovery to benefits realization.

A bit about your role

The Project Manager plays a critical role in delivering strategic transformation initiatives across multiple business units within nbn. Working within the Field Services project pipeline, you will lead and coordinate the successful delivery of key programs and projects, ensuring outcomes align with business objectives. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, project planning, governance, and execution capabilities, with responsibility for driving projects through all phases of the delivery lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through to implementation and benefits realisation.

As Project Manager, you will oversee resource planning, reporting, risk and issue management, quality assurance, and change management activities in accordance with PMO governance standards. You will also prepare high-quality project documentation and presentations for governance forums and senior stakeholders, while partnering with business leaders and delivery teams to achieve successful project outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity to lead impactful initiatives that support transformation and continuous improvement across Field Services.
