Job summary

nbn is seeking a Project Manager reporting to the Executive Manager, Field Services. You will deliver strategic transformation initiatives across multiple business units, leading programs within the Field Services pipeline and ensuring outcomes align with business objectives.

You will manage governance, planning, and execution from discovery through to benefits realisation, including resource planning, risk management, and change activities, while preparing high-quality governance documentation

A bit about your role

The Project Manager plays a critical role in delivering strategic transformation initiatives across multiple business units within nbn. Working within the Field Services project pipeline, you will lead and coordinate the successful delivery of key programs and projects, ensuring outcomes align with business objectives. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, project planning, governance, and execution capabilities, with responsibility for driving projects through all phases of the delivery lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through to implementation and benefits realisation.

As Project Manager, you will oversee resource planning, reporting, risk and issue management, quality assurance, and change management activities in accordance with PMO governance standards. You will also prepare high-quality project documentation and presentations for governance forums and senior stakeholders, while partnering with business leaders and delivery teams to achieve successful project outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity to lead impactful initiatives that support transformation and continuous improvement across Field Services.
