About The Role

BMD Constructions, together with Abergeldie and KBR (as ABK Joint Venture), have secured South East Water (SEW) Integrated Planning and Delivery (IPD) capital works program as part of a milestone 10-year contract.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dedicated SEW panel projects team. You’ll oversee the successful delivery of water infrastructure projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while fostering strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Manage contracts, claims, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Monitor construction progress and budgets.
  • Drive sustainability initiatives including recycled water integration.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with HSEQ standards and project milestones.
About You
  • Proven experience in civil infrastructure or water projects.
  • Strong leadership and contract management skills.
  • Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Commitment to sustainability and innovation.
  • Willingness to travel locally as needed, from office HQ in Dingley Village to Mornington Peninsula (depending on project locations).
