Company

Our client is a market leading National Project Management Consultancy who provide full lifecycle PM services across the Residential, Education, Retail and Commercial Sectors.

Role

Working under the leadership of an experienced Project Director and the wider leadership group, you will oversee the delivery of a diverse range of projects, working from brief development and front-end design through to construction delivery. This role will see you heavily involved in stakeholder engagement and design management to ensure projects are on course to meet client expectations. You will provide assistance in managing the builder, coordinating the design team and ensure the client is fully engaged throughout the project.

About You

This role will suit candidates from a construction background who are looking to transition to the client side or ideally you will have client side consulting expeirence already. You may have worked as a Site / Project Engineer, Contract Administrator or Project Coordinator with between 2-8 years of professional experience with a head contractor or have experience in a client side pm role.

This is a client facing role so excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to built rapport with stakeholders is a non-negotiable.
