Job summary

Bluefin Resources Pty is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a corporate office refurbishment in Brisbane CBD from design through delivery. You will manage scope, schedule, budgets and risk, coordinating architects, consultants and contractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with quality and governance compliance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering corporate office fit-out or refurbishment projects.
• End-to-end project management across design, procurement and delivery phases.

Project Manager - Office Fit-Out & Refurbishment

Ready to take ownership of a high-impact workplace transformation project? A Queensland Client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the refurbishment and fit-out of a commercial office space in Brisbane CBD. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a well-defined project from design through to delivery, working closely with internal stakeholders, consultants and contractors to create a modern, functional workplace environment.

About the Role

You will be responsible for delivering a corporate office refurbishment project from the final stages of design through procurement, construction and project completion. Working closely with property and business stakeholders, you will ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality and compliance standards.

This is a hands‑on delivery role suited to a Project Manager who enjoys stakeholder engagement, contractor management and navigating projects through to successful completion.

• Experience delivering workplace, property or facilities projects
• Familiarity with procurement frameworks within regulated environments
• Experience managing projects valued between $1M and $2M+
