eHealth Queensland is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-initiative work within the Business Process and Analysis workstream. You will define deliverables, develop business cases, and manage schedules to support program implementation and design activities.

The role requires high-level project management skills, extensive stakeholder engagement, and the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams across the state, ensuring governance and outcomes are achieved in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in project delivery within large, complex organisations.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement experience at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage resources, expenses and capital costs.
  • High level program/project management skills.
  • Strong negotiation, consultation and written/oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead work to support multiple project initiatives and program analysis within the Business Process and Analysis workstream.
  • Define scope and objectives of deliverables to align with the program implementation plan.
  • Develop detailed business cases with governance-compliant documentation.
  • Manage schedule and plan deliverables for program analysis and design activities.
  • Engage with program leads and the board to ensure alignment with program objectives.
  • Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary project teams across the state.

The role:The initiative is seeking a Project Manager to lead work to support multiple Project initiatives as well as program analysis deliverables within the Business Process and Analysis workstream.
