Job summary

ETS Infrastructure Management is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver vegetation management projects across the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane. This role leads multidisciplinary field teams, coordinates stakeholders and ensures safe, compliant delivery from mobilisation through to completion.

You will drive project performance, manage budgets and contracts with a strong client focus, and report on outcomes.

Qualifications

• Project manager qualification or proven experience leading multidisciplinary field teams and subcontractors.
• Clearing and grubbing or vegetation project works experience.
• Strong commercial and financial management skills, including budgets, forecasting and profitability.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver against contractual requirements.
• Excellent communication, problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary field teams, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver vegetation management projects from mobilisation through completion.
• Monitor project performance against budgets, schedule and contractual requirements.

$120,000 – $140,000 per year + Super + Vehicle

ETS Infrastructure Management is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team and take responsibility for the successful delivery of vegetation management projects across multiple clients across the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane. This is a key leadership role responsible for the safe and compliant planning, coordination, delivery and reporting of projects from mobilisation through to completion.

Working closely with operational teams, clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders, you will lead multidisciplinary field teams, manage project performance and ensure contractual, environmental, safety, quality and financial requirements are achieved.

This is an opportunity for a commercially minded Project Manager who enjoys working in a hands‑on operational environment, building strong client relationships and driving successful project outcomes.
