Job summary

ETS Infrastructure Management seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead vegetation management projects across the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane. You will coordinate multidisciplinary field teams, subcontractors and stakeholders to deliver on time, safely and within budget.

The role emphasizes strong client relationships, commercial oversight, and adherence to environmental, safety, quality and contractual requirements, with reporting through mobilisation to completion.

Qualifications

• Project manager qualification or proven experience leading multidisciplinary field team and subcontractors.
• Clearing and grubbing or vegetation project works experience.
• Strong commercial and financial management skills, including budgets, forecasting and profitability.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver against contractual requirements.
• Excellent communication, problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary field teams, coordinate delivery and reporting from mobilisation to completion.
• Ensure contractual, environmental, safety, quality and financial requirements are achieved.
• Plan, coordinate and oversee delivery of vegetation projects across multiple clients.
• Manage subcontractors, budgets and client relationships to achieve project outcomes.
• Provide clear communication and timely project updates to stakeholders.

ETS Infrastructure Management is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team and take responsibility for the successful delivery of vegetation management projects across multiple clients across the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane. This is a key leadership role responsible for the safe and compliant planning, coordination, delivery and reporting of projects from mobilisation through to completion.

Working closely with operational teams, clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders, you will lead multidisciplinary field teams, manage project performance and ensure contractual, environmental, safety, quality and financial requirements are achieved.

This is an opportunity for a commercially minded Project Manager who enjoys working in a hands-on operational environment, building strong client relationships and driving successful project outcomes.
