Total Fitouts is seeking a Project Manager for the North Brisbane team to lead commercial fit-out projects from planning to completion. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

Collaborate with clients and teams to define objectives, manage programs and procurement, and monitor performance.

Formación

• 3+ years’ project management experience in commercial construction or fit-outs.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in construction processes, codes, and regulations.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specs, scopes and project documentation.

• Lead and deliver commercial fit-out projects from planning through to completion.

About The Opportunity

As a Project Manager for the North Brisbane team, you will be responsible for leading and delivering commercial fit-out projects from planning through to completion. You will act as the key point of contact for clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to understand project objectives, expectations, and delivery requirements.

Manage project programs, budgets, procurement, and subcontractor coordination throughout all project stages.

Oversee project performance, proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, and driving successful outcomes.

Manage variation requests, contract administration, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth project delivery.

Prepare and maintain project reporting, financial tracking, and programme updates to monitor milestones and performance.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards across all project activities.

What You Bring:

3+ years’ successful Project Management experience within commercial construction or fit-outs.

Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Building, or Project Management.

Strong understanding of commercial construction contracts, project delivery methodologies, and financial management.

Proficiency in construction processes, codes, and regulations.

Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.

Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, scopes, and project documentation.
