Londinium Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager in Brisbane to own projects end-to-end, from pre-construction through to handover, with ECI involvement an option. Choose from a $30M aged care facility, a $20M mixed-use development, or a $15M education project.

You will lead design input, buildability, programming, pricing and subcontractor management, with strong client relationships and accountability for outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on PM on new build commercial projects valued at $10M+.
• Track record of taking projects through to handover and defects.
• Strong commercial and contract management skills.
• Confident leading site teams and managing subcontractor performance.
• Strong knowledge of the Queensland market and local subcontractors.
• Exposure to ECI or pre-construction phases preferred.

As Project Manager, you will take full ownership of your project from pre-construction (including ECI where applicable) through to practical completion, defects and handover. You get to choose your project: a $30M, 3-storey aged care facility, a $20M mixed-use commercial development, or a $15M education project. There is also the opportunity to be involved in the Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) phase of projects, working with clients and consultants on design input, buildability, programme and pricing before construction begins, and then seeing the project through on site.

About You

Hands-on experience as the PM on new build commercial construction projects valued at $10M+

A track record of taking projects through to handover and defects, not just the early stages

Strong commercial and contract management skills

Confidence leading site teams and managing subcontractor performance

Strong knowledge of the Queensland market and subcontractors

Procore or similar project management software experience

Experience in aged care, education, mixed-use or similar commercial sectors (highly regarded, but not essential)

Exposure to ECI or pre-construction phases (highly regarded, but not essential)
