Job description

Join to apply for the Project Manager role at Love + Money Agency

A Project Manager at Love + Money is responsible for planning, communicating, and delivering work. They are the primary point of contact for both clients and internal teams. Clients rely on them for updates on progress, milestones, scope, and next steps. Creative teams rely on them for clear briefs, deadlines, and delivery expectations.

This role understands that creative delivery is not administrative. The Project Manager applies judgment to evolving briefs, feedback, and constraints, ensuring projects move forward with clarity and discipline while protecting creative quality, client trust, and project margins.

Responsibilities
  • Own the setup, planning, and end-to-end delivery of assigned BAU and brand delivery projects once they enter the studio.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients across owned projects, providing clear, confident communication on scope, progress, milestones, and risks.
  • Plan, sequence, and maintain project timelines, milestones, and dependencies on a project-by-project basis.
  • Re-sequence internal milestones as needed, consulting with Directors and the Program Lead when changes impact resourcing or delivery expectations.
  • Ensure projects do not enter or progress through production without complete briefs, defined requirements, and aligned expectations.
  • Manage project budgets and margins, tracking delivery health and surfacing risks early.
  • Request time and resourcing from the Program Lead based on agreed priorities and project needs.
  • Distil and communicate only essential information to creative teams to support focused, high-quality work.
  • Surface gaps in briefs, requirements, feedback, or client input and drive resolution to keep delivery smooth and disciplined.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Directors, and the Program Lead on limited post-sale scoping or change requests where required.
  • Participate in project retrospectives, helping capture learnings and improvements to delivery.
  • Escalate thoughtfully when delivery decisions impact studio-wide priorities, resourcing, or standards.
How You’ll Be Measured

These outcomes will be reviewed regularly to assess performance, progression of responsibility, and remuneration.

Project Delivery
  • Projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to agreed scope.
  • Milestones, briefs, and deadlines are clear, accurate, and trusted by the studio.
  • Delivery risks are identified early and addressed proactively.
Client Experience
  • Clients feel informed, confident, and well-supported throughout their projects.
  • Scope changes are managed clearly, with implications understood and agreed.
  • Project retrospectives are run with support, and feedback is actioned where appropriate.
Studio Operations
  • Creative teams know where to find briefs, milestones, and deadlines for assigned projects.
  • Project plans accurate and up to date.
  • Minimal rework or disruption caused by unclear scope, timing, or requirements.
  • Project budgets and margins are actively managed and protected.
