Cottee Parker Architects is seeking an experienced Project Leader to join our Gold Coast studio, driving multi-residential, residential and commercial developments from concept through construction. You will work closely with Project Directors, coordinate consultants and manage client relationships to ensure design intent and technical accuracy.

The role demands strong Revit/BIM capabilities, leadership of project teams, and delivery on time and within budgets.

Formación

• Minimum 7+ years' experience within an architectural practice.
• Demonstrated experience across multi-residential, residential and commercial projects is essential.
• Advanced Revit proficiency and strong technical documentation skills.
• Sound understanding of construction detailing, the NCC, Australian Standards and local building requirements.
• Experience coordinating consultants, managing project programmes and resolving technical challenges.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence in dealing directly with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Architectural registration in Australia, or working towards registration, will be highly regarded.
• Australian permanent residency or citizenship.

About the Role

As a Project Leader, you'll play a key role in managing and delivering a diverse portfolio of multi-residential, residential and commercial developments.
