The Department of Corrections NT is seeking a proactive Project Officer to join the Talent Acquisition and Workforce Engagement team in Darwin. You will provide project management, research and coordination support to deliver workforce wellbeing, engagement and capability initiatives across the Department.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or delivering strategic projects in a complex organisational environment.
• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to translate information into practical solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including reports and briefing materials.
• Well-developed organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive approach, strong initiative and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data and technology.
• Ability to build productive relationships and work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Support planning, coordination and delivery of workforce wellbeing, talent acquisition, and engagement projects.
• Conduct research, analyse workforce data and identify contemporary approaches to the workforce.
• Prepare high-quality briefings, reports, submissions, correspondence and other project documentation.
• Coordinate meetings, forums and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Assist in the development of communication and promotional materials to support workforce initiatives.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and contribute to the achievement of key departmental priorities.
