Job summary

Quanta Services Australia is seeking a motivated finance professional to join our Finance team. You will oversee all financial matters for multiple projects, work closely with Project Managers, and provide analysis to achieve financial goals.

You will report to the Project Accounting Manager and ensure accurate financial reporting, cost control, and timely management information to support decision-making on Australia's renewable energy infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent experience in a similar role.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with key stakeholders
• Previous experience in analysing financial data to assist project costs forecasting and assessing risks
• Ability to work well within a team environment
• Proven ability in preparation of reports, working to tight monthly deadlines and supporting project delivery teams
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Familiarity with accounting and project costing software and strong microsoft excel skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial matters for a portfolio of projects, providing analysis and direction to achieve financial goals.
• Work with Project Managers to assist with financial reporting obligations and report results to Senior Management.
• Collaborate with accountants and project personnel to ensure costs are correctly costed and reported for key projects.
• Support the Finance team in maintaining efficient accounting processes for Australia's renewable energy infrastructure projects.
