You will manage the full project lifecycle from drawings review to on-site installation, coordinating with PMs, workshop and site teams to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires hands-on execution, strong communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1–2 years' experience in structural steel fabrication/installation in Australia.
• Ability to read structural drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and teamwork to coordinate with drafting, workshop and site teams.

Aufgaben

• Assist Project Managers in coordinating structural steel projects from start to finish.
• Review structural and architectural drawings, specifications and project documentation.
• Coordinate with draftsmen to ensure shop drawings are accurate and fabrication-ready.
• Identify design discrepancies, constructability issues and potential project risks early.
• Liaise with the workshop to plan fabrication priorities and material requirements.
• Prepare and manage RFIs, technical submissions, variations and project documentation.
• Monitor progress and assist in corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with project specs and Australian Standards.
