Job summary

Exact Contracting Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to support civil, road construction, water infrastructure and agricultural projects across remote New South Wales, South Australia and Northern Territory. You will work on a 14 and 7 site-based roster in challenging desert conditions, with a hands-on approach to delivery and compliance.

The role focuses on resourcing, contract administration, timely information submissions, quality assurance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• Experience with civil, bulk earthwork, water infrastructure and/or road construction projects.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and environmental measures.
• Excellent communication with employees, clients, suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Strong problem-solving and meticulous documentation skills.
• Hands-on approach and methodical work style.

The successful candidate will be expected to work on a 14 and 7 site-based roster, in remote locations that can often be hot, dry, and dusty.

Candidate Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• Experience with civil, bulk earthwork, water infrastructure and/or road construction projects.

• Ability to communicate and liaise with employees, clients, suppliers, and sub-contractors.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• A methodical approach to work, with meticulous documentation and organisational skills; and
• A hands-on approach.

Pre-Employment
