Hazeldene’s Chicken Farm in Bendigo is seeking a Project Engineer to drive capital and operational projects across our manufacturing and processing operations. You will manage the full lifecycle from concept through design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.

The role requires collaboration with operations, maintenance and external stakeholders to deliver safe, fit-for-purpose engineering solutions aligned to site strategy and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Deliver end-to-end engineering projects from concept to commissioning.
• CAPEX projects in FMCG manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of capital and operational projects.
• Develop project scopes, cost estimates and schedules.
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors and suppliers.
• Ensure commissioning and handover to operations.
