Job summary

Ventia is seeking a capable Programme Coordinator to support project delivery across our construction initiatives in Australia. You will manage programme coordination, reporting, cost control, quality monitoring and stakeholder engagement to foster a strong safety culture within field teams.

The role requires a degree or diploma in Engineering (Civil or related) with solid construction experience, strong reading of construction drawings, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in a construction environment.
• Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Civil or related discipline).

Responsibilities

• Programme coordination and reporting.
• Cost management and budgeting.
• Quality monitoring and stakeholder engagement.
• Support safety culture across field teams.
• Prepare and issue project technical and commercial documents.
• Document control activities.
• Identify project risks and participate in risk reviews.
• Cost control and budget tracking.
• Regular progress reporting.
• Schedule management to ensure on-time delivery.
• Assist with procurement and meetings.
• Contribute to lessons learned and nonconformance investigations.
