The candidate will bring at least 3 years’ experience in CA/PC/SE/PE within a commercial builder, developer or consultancy, and hold tertiary qualifications in construction or related disciplines. The group emphasizes on-site coordination, procurement, and substantial project oversight on multi-use developments.

The Company:

Ideal Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience working for a commercial builder, developer or consultancy in a CA, PC, SE, or PE capacity.


• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related disciplines.


• Experience overseeing the associated procurement, contract management, and financial management functions, ideally on commercial mixed-use, multi-residential, and/or mixed-use construction and development projects.


• Experience coordinating the associated on-site design, quality, and works progress processes, working closely with relevant on-site stakeholders.


• Experience reviewing and interpreting construction drawings and specifications inline with identifying/resolving any potential design clashes.


• Strong understanding of the relevant technical construction methodologies and value management functions, focused on identifying design solutions/alternatives to reduce project costs and programme.
