Bega Group is seeking a Project & CI Engineer to drive continuous improvement and lead capital projects at our Penrith site in Greater Western Sydney. You will collaborate with operations and engineering to deliver measurable, sustainable improvements across the site.

The Role

In this role, you’ll partner closely with operations and engineering teams to deliver meaningful improvements across the site, contributing to projects that have real, visible impact.

Our Penrith site is located in Greater Western Sydney on the banks of the Nepean River and manufactures a range of more than 50 milk-based products. The site currently produces around 145 million litres of product every year! We proudly source milk from around 60 dairy farms across NSW and are passionate about supporting local products.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance line efficiency and site performance
• Lead the planning and delivery of capital projects from concept through to execution
