Job summary

WorkPac is seeking experienced Project Engineers for major mining projects delivered under an EPCM model in Adelaide. The roles involve coordinating with the EPCM contractor, SMEs, and delivery partners to support scope execution across materials handling and mine infrastructure.

These positions require strong assurance, risk reporting and stakeholder engagement skills, with a focus on safe, efficient project delivery on a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional site travels.

Qualifications

• 5 years + experience in mining projects preferably within an Owners Team/EPCM environment.
• Materials handling, mine infrastructure projects experience would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Includes facilitating assurance activities, engaging relevant SMEs and stakeholders, tracking actions to closure, escalating significant technical risks, and reporting assurance status throughout the project.

About The Position

We are seeking experienced Project Engineers to join the team on major mining projects being delivered under an Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) model. These roles will work closely with the EPCM contractor, technical specialists and key delivery partners to support the successful execution of project scopes across materials handling, mine infrastructure and/or concentrator projects.
