Job summary

Exclaim IT in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to provide project and admin coordination support for a major Insurance Transition Program.

You will help plan, monitor, report and communicate activities across the programme, working with the Project Leadership team, governance, schedules, dashboards, and communications.

The role requires you to be highly organised, detail-oriented and proficient with Microsoft Project, Visio and SharePoint in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects and supporting governance.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and coordinate integrated project schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Develop and maintain Plan on a Page visualisations using Visio and other relevant tools.
• Create and maintain project roadmaps, dashboards and visualisations for reporting and decision-making.
• Assist with resource planning, financial updates and maintenance of project forecasts.
• Prepare and coordinate clear, timely and accurate project communications and reporting.
• Administer SharePoint, including publishing and maintaining project communications.
• Support project governance activities, meetings and associated documentation.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Project Leadership team.
