As Project Coordinator, you'll support our team to deliver major projects while keeping our partner relationships strong. You'll be the person who keeps project deliverables and timelines on track, working closely with teams across Impact and Growth. It's a great fit for someone who's organised, communicates clearly and can keep several moving parts on schedule at once.
Develop and implement project plans to meet contractual requirements.
Track deliverables against milestones and flag risks early.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including status reports and risk registers.
Act as the day-to-day contact for partner organisations, building trust through clear communication.
Support partner meetings, from agendas and minutes through to following up on actions.
Provide administrative support including minute taking, invoicing and CRM record keeping.
Work with external suppliers to get quotes and lead on logistics as required
Experience in project coordination, partnership management or a similar stakeholder-facing role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with partners and colleagues.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines across several projects.
High attention to detail and a proactive, can-do approach to problem-solving.
Confidence working with people at all levels, and the ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
