Remeed Solutions Pty Ltd. is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee restoration projects from initial claim to completion. You will liaise with customers, insurers, trades and internal teams to ensure progress, accuracy of documentation, and KPI achievement in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires excellent organisation, strong communication, and a customer-first approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, plus a proactive problem-solving mindset, will help you support

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, coordination or administration.
• Experience in restoration, insurance, construction or related industries is highly regarded.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate restoration projects and support delivery from claim to completion.
• Liaise with customers, insurers, trades and internal teams.

About the Role

As our Project Coordinator, you will be a central point for coordinating restoration projects and supporting the smooth delivery of works from initial claim through to completion. You will liaise with customers, insurers, trades and internal teams to ensure projects progress efficiently, documentation is accurate, and KPIs are met. This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent organisation, strong communication skills, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor restoration projects against KPIs to ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate project schedules and activities to support efficient workflows
• Maintain accurate records and manage data across CRM and internal systems
• Communicate regularly with customers and stakeholders to provide updatesReview documentation, invoices, reports and project submissions for accuracy and compliance
• Provide administrative support and assist with onboarding and training of new staff
• Occasional after-hours support may be required following major events.

About You

• Demonstrated experience in customer service, coordination or administration
• Experience in restoration, insurance, construction or related industries highly regarded
• Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong computer literacy
