Position Description
This position plays an important role in ensuring continuity of service standards and outcomes during a period of sustained policy and process renewal and will provide pivotal support to the delivery of key international recruitment focused projects and events including University Open Days, International Roadshows, agent familiarization trips stakeholder visits and campus tours.
Requiring strong collaborative stakeholder skills, a service orientation and a high level of initiative and professionalism to liaise with key internal and external stakeholders, the position provides pivotal support to the delivery of key projects with a strong emphasis on project management, timelines, action tracking, risk management and reporting.

Occasional work from home may be negotiated after successful completion of a 6-month probationary period.

Your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, will be the keys to your success in this role, and with a proven events or project management background, working with a variety of stakeholders and culturally diverse backgrounds comes naturally to you. You have the expertise to apply a variety of strategies to analyse operational matters including gathering, reviewing and prioritising requirements to support change within a Higher Education environment and are familiar with international students and education agents.
