Job summary

UKnighted Recruitment is seeking a Project Architect to lead commercial and hospitality projects from concept through completion, taking ownership across the full project lifecycle in Melbourne or Brisbane.

You’ll produce detailed documentation, coordinate consultants, manage client expectations, and drive design intent through documentation and construction, using Revit. The role offers Melbourne or Brisbane base and a salary of $100,000–$120,000 plus Super.

• Proven full lifecycle project experience.
• Strong Revit capability.

Our client is an established architecture and design practice delivering projects across commercial, hospitality and other design-led sectors. Their approach combines strong design thinking with practical, well-resolved delivery, creating spaces that respond to both the client brief and the people who ultimately use them.

They're looking for an experienced Project Architect to join their team in either Melbourne or Brisbane, working across projects from concept and design development through documentation, coordination and construction.

The role

As a Project Architect, you'll take an active role across design, documentation and delivery, working closely with clients, consultants and the broader studio team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing projects across the full project lifecycle.

What we're looking for

You’ll be someone who can balance design thinking with the technical and organisational skills required to successfully deliver a project.

Ideally you’ll have:

• Strong experience working as a Project Architect or in a similar senior architectural role.
• Experience across commercial and/or hospitality projects.
• Proven full lifecycle project experience.
• Strong Revit capability.
• Confidence across design development, documentation and delivery.
• Experience coordinating consultants and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong client and stakeholder communication skills.
• The ability to take ownership while remaining highly collaborative.
