Job summary

Chandler Macleod is recruiting for an experienced Project Analyst - Technology Programs to support the delivery of complex transformation and project initiatives within a Federal Government environment. The role focuses on project reporting, governance, program controls, stakeholder coordination, and delivery support.

You will work with data and project information to identify trends, risks, issues, and dependencies, communicating effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting technology, digital, ICT, or business transformation projects in large organisations.
• Experience in PMO, Project Analyst, Project Officer, Project Coordinator, Project Controls, Scheduler, or similar roles.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Experience supporting project reporting, governance, and delivery activities.
• Ability to identify trends, risks, issues, and dependencies and communicate them to stakeholders.
• Experience maintaining project plans, status reports, action registers, risk registers, and issue logs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Proactive mindset with confidence to raise concerns when required.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, Excel, or Power BI.

Working alongside Project Managers, Delivery Leads, business stakeholders, and technical specialists, you will help ensure projects are effectively planned, governed, monitored, and delivered.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Project Analyst to support project delivery, reporting, governance, and coordination activities across a complex project environment.

This role will suit someone who enjoys working with data, reporting, and project information to identify trends, risks, issues, and dependencies. The successful candidate will be naturally curious, confident in raising concerns when required, and comfortable working across both business and technical stakeholder groups.

Rather than being a specialist scheduling role, this position focuses on project reporting, governance, program controls, stakeholder coordination, and delivery support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of technology and business transformation projects.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, action registers, risk and issue logs, and project documentation.

About You

You will bring:
