Job summary

Built is a leading construction company in Australia, seeking to grow a career in document control through on-site experience in our Perth team. You will learn Built's systems, governance, and digital document management while supporting project delivery and compliance.

You'll coordinate meetings, maintain registers and drawings using Aconex and SharePoint, and assist with QA, HSE, and project reporting. Training and mentoring will develop your document control capability across pre-construction

Qualifications

  • Experience in project administration with document control exposure valued.
  • Familiarity with document registers, revisions and governance.
  • Confidence managing documentation and meeting minutes with competing priorities.

The Opportunity

In this site-based role, you'll support project teams through a combination of project administration, coordination and document management responsibilities. Working closely with senior project and document control professionals, you'll learn Built's systems and processes while playing an important role in keeping projects organised, compliant and running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, correspondence and day-to-day project administration.
  • Maintain document registers, drawing revisions and project records using Aconex, SharePoint and other systems.
  • Coordinate document submissions and workflows across clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
  • Support project reporting and administration for QA, HSE, commercial and compliance requirements.
  • Build your Document Control capability through practical training, mentoring and exposure across pre-construction and project delivery.
What We Are Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys being organised, takes pride in delivering quality work and wants to build a long-term career in commercial construction.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience in project administration (Document Control exposure highly regarded, but not essential).
  • Working knowledge of Aconex, Microsoft Office, SharePoint or similar document management systems (Highly Advantageous).
  • Confidence managing documentation, registers, reporting, meeting minutes and competing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail, accountability and an understanding of confidentiality and document governance.
  • A collaborative, adaptable approach and willingness to support the wider project team during high-volume periods.
