• Maintain accurate records and registers.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders.

Coast2Bay Housing Group (C2B) is a not-for-profit community and affordable housing organisation with a mission to change lives, promote social inclusion and contribute to economic development. Coast2Bay has over 30 years’ experience in providing affordable housing solutions for individuals and families across Moreton Bay, Sunshine Coast, and Gympie regions.

About the Role

The Programs, Governance and Compliance Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating the delivery of various housing programs, for governance and compliance, and regulatory reporting activities across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Developing and coordinating projects and programs that deliver demonstrated outcomes and align with strategic objectives and funding requirements.

Supporting the organisation to maintain high-quality services, achieve positive regulatory outcomes, meet contractual obligations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Monitoring and maintaining compliance with legislation, regulation, contractual and funding requirements.

Maintaining accurate records and registers.

Ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Supporting governance and risk management activities.

Skills & Experience Required

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.

Strong analytical, reporting and records management skills.

Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Ability to foster and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Proven experience working in a programs management, quality and compliance role.

Previous experience in a community housing/public housing or community services is desirable.
