Job summary

Pacific Link Housing is seeking a highly organised Corporate Services Manager to join the Legal, Compliance & Risk team. You will support governance framework, legal administration and Board operations, ensuring integrity and transparency across the organisation.

Reporting to the Group Executive Manager, Legal, Compliance & Risk, you will coordinate governance activities, prepare contracts and documents, manage records and assist audits, with a focus on not-for-profit community housing.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years' experience in governance/legal administration or similar.
  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Business, Governance or related discipline.
  • Ability to support other roles within the team and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and adaptability to new systems.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee development, implementation and improvement of governance policies, procedures, registers and compliance activities.
  • Prepare, review and administer contracts, legal documents and document execution processes.
  • Coordinate legal enquiries, maintain legal matter registers and liaise with external legal providers.
  • Conduct governance research to support informed decision-making and organisational compliance.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, training materials and governance documentation, including Board papers and correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate, secure records and support audits, annual returns, company membership administration and document management.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment while providing high-quality administrative support and assisting with projects across the Legal, Compliance & Risk function.

With more than 1,200 properties under management and an exciting future of growth, we're looking for a highly organised and motivated Corporate Services Manager to join our Legal, Compliance & Risk team.

Reporting to the Group Executive Manager, Legal, Compliance & Risk, you'll play a key role in supporting the organisation's governance framework, legal administration and Board operations, helping ensure Pacific Link Housing continues to operate with integrity, transparency and excellence.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a varied and rewarding role that combinesgovernance, legal administration and corporate support. You'll work closelywith senior leaders, Board members and external stakeholders to coordinategovernance activities, support legal processes and help maintain complianceacross the Pacific Link Housing Group.

To thrive in this role you’ll also need:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business, Governance or a related discipline.
  • Ability to support other roles within the team.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and confidence learning new systems.
