Job summary

selectability is seeking a dedicated program officer to work with the mental health hub coordinator, delivering group interventions and guiding program delivery to improve mental health services for Mackay recipients.

You will support planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs, assist recipients, and engage with community partners while handling administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.

Role Requirements

• cert IV in Mental Health or relevant field and/ or experience working with people living with a mental illness (highly desirable)
• a Positive Notice Working with Children (blue card) (or the ability to obtain prior to commencing)
• current nationally recognised first aid & cpr certificate
• a current yellow card exemption or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or the ability or obtain prior to commencement)
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module "Quality, Safety & You" completion certificate
• a current minimum P1 "C" class Queensland drivers licence
• roadworthy vehicle with comprehensive insurance
• some travel to selectability sites may be required from time to time
