selectability is seeking a team leader for our support coordination team in Mackay. This role oversees the delivery of programs and services supporting the mental wellbeing of recipients and mentors the team to ensure exceptional customer service while growing the business.

Key responsibilities include intake processing for new recipients, overseeing referrals, developing individual service agreements, delivering programs, and monthly reporting, while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Role requirements

• cert IV mental health or relevant qualification
• current nationally recognised first aid and CPR certificates (or ability to obtain)
• current minimum P1 "C" class Queensland drivers licence
• current roadworthy vehicle with comprehensive insurance
• a Positive Notice Working with Children (blue card) (or the ability to obtain)
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or the ability or obtain)
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module "Quality, Safety & You" completion certificate (or the ability)
