Job summary

IT Alliance is seeking a Program Manager for a Federal Government client in Canberra to lead IT project delivery with a focus on agile practices and governance.

The role requires 5+ years delivering IT projects, collaboration with business and systems analysis, and engagement with IMD governance forums and change management activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years delivering IT projects of various size and complexity.
• Experience in related streams such as business and systems analysis, change management, testing, applications or infrastructure engineering or support.
• Supports project managers in engaging with governance and delivery processes and IMD forums.

Responsibilities

• Support iterative/agile working practices for relevant projects and participate in key playback and review sessions.
• Assist in governance and delivery processes and forums within IMD, including the Project Board and Monthly Project Management Forums.

We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:

• Support iterative/agile working practices for relevant projects and participate in key playback and review sessions.
• Minimum of 5 years delivering IT projects of various size and complexity, applying a variety of delivery approaches.
• Experience in complementary or related streams such as business and systems analysis, organisational change management, software testing, applications or infrastructure engineering or support.
• Supports project managers in being aware of and engaging in the various governance and delivery processes and forums within IMD including the IMD Project Board, Monthly Project Management Forums, Architecture Review Board.
