Job summary

Seven Consulting in Melbourne seeks a Contract Program Manager to align consultants, client executives and vendors into a single, focused delivery squad. You’ll drive a high-stakes transformation with a focus on transparency, accountability and measurable benefits for Australia’s top corporates.

Lead multi-million dollar programs (A$20–A$50 million), manage 40+ people, and unite diverse stakeholders with a clear KPI-driven playbook.

• Proven track record delivering multiple A$20–50 million programs for blue-chip clients.
• Leads 40+ people and builds cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and integrity.
• Experience with waterfall, agile, and hybrid delivery.
