Job summary

Seven Consulting in Melbourne, Australia, seeks a seasoned Program Director to lead large, blue-chip programs end-to-end. You’ll steer initiatives from planning through delivery, balancing time, cost and quality while building an integrated client–vendor–delivery team.

You’ll apply a pragmatic mix of waterfall, agile and hybrid methods to keep programs on track, align stakeholders, and coach a high-performing PMO community in pursuit of clear, measurable outcomes.

• Natural team-builder with experience managing 40+ people.

• Mastery of waterfall, agile and hybrid delivery approaches.

• Make the status crystal-clear. Implement rigorous controls, real-time dashboards and plain-English reporting so no one is ever surprised.
• Shape the delivery playbook. Collaborate with our senior PMO community to improve methods and mentor rising talent.
• Switch gears with ease. Blend waterfall, agile and hybrid techniques to suit each challenge—because dogma doesn’t deliver.
• Stay cool under fire. Big programs get bumpy; your resilience keeps the team steady and the schedule intact.
