We are hiring a full-time CHOICES/SNAP/NCP Program Manager to oversee CHOICES (TANF), SNAP Employment and Training, and Non-Custodial Parent programs, guiding Career Advisors and ensuring program integrity.

Reporting to the Deputy Director, you will supervise staff, coordinate enrollment, prepare monthly reports, and build strong community

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CHOICES/SNAP/NCP Career Advisors and coaching staff.
• Approve enrollment applications and oversee referral pathways.
• Manage and lead program staff to meet performance goals and maintain accurate records.
• Plan and implement a quality management model for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare monthly report-outs and present activities and accomplishments.
• Address customer complaints with strong service orientation.
