Job summary

Precision Sourcing in Sydney is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the ServiceNow/CMDB workstream within a major technology transformation for financial services. The role focuses on delivering a data uplift by consolidating information into a single source of truth and coordinating across multiple teams.

You will own the program plan, budget and governance, engage senior stakeholders, and drive delivery from design through to implementation in a hybrid Sydney CBD environment.

Qualifications

• Senior Program Management experience within financial services.
• Strong experience delivering technology data uplift/transformation programs.
• Strong ServiceNow and CMDB experience, including technology asset and configuration data.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ServiceNow and CMDB workstream through design, delivery and implementation.
• Drive the technology data uplift, improving data quality and establishing ServiceNow as the single source of truth.
• Own the program plan, budget, governance, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple internal teams, vendors and the wider transformation program.
• Manage senior stakeholders, PMO/EPMO engagement, SteerCo reporting and overall delivery outcomes.

Program Manager – ServiceNow / CMDB / Data Transformation

• 6-month contract + strong potential to extend
• Sydney CBD / Hybrid
• $1,100 per day

This is an opportunity to lead a key workstream within a significant technology transformation program in financial services.

You'll be joining at an important stage. Discovery is complete and the program is moving through design into delivery, giving you the opportunity to take ownership and drive the workstream through to implementation.

The program has a major technology data uplift focus, improving data quality and consolidating information currently held across multiple systems, with ServiceNow being established as the single source of truth.

What will you be doing?

What will you need?

We are specifically looking for someone who can demonstrate:

• Senior Program Management experience within financial services.
• Strong experience delivering technology data uplift/transformation programs.
• Strong ServiceNow and CMDB experience, including technology asset and configuration data.
• Experience consolidating data from multiple systems and establishing a single source of truth.
• Experience across ServiceNow Asset Management and Demand Management would be highly regarded.
