Join Sydney Trains Major Works division and lead the delivery of cutting-edge Condition Monitoring systems that inspect trains, tracks, and infrastructure, thereby achieving safer, smarter, and more reliable maintenance outcomes.
You’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary programs from planning through to delivery and implementation, managing scope, budget, risk, governance, quality and stakeholder expectations. You’ll also lead change management to embed new technology into business as usual operations and coach Project Managers to build delivery capability.
