Job summary

Ignite is partnering with a New South Wales government department to appoint a Program Manager for an enterprise transformation based in Parramatta. The role leads the PMO, oversees program planning, governance and delivery, and collaborates with senior stakeholders to realise the transformation.

Key requirements include 10+ years in project/program management, strong commercial acumen and Maximo experience; utilities/government background preferred.

One of New South Wales government’s most integral and impactful departments is looking to add a Program Manager to their team for an enterprise transformation.
This will see you involved in:

• Managing all members of the PMO (Project Managers, coordinators etc)
• Overseeing program planning, governance and performance
• Financial management of the program
• Preparation of business cases and strategies
• Ensuring successful delivery of the transformation
• Stakeholder management

To ensure success for this role we are eager to speak with candidates with:

• Program management with enterprise transformation
• 10+ years experience in project and program management
• Strong commercial acumen
• Experience in utilities, energy or infrastructure beneficial
• Maximo experience highly regarded
• Government or large enterprise backgrounds

On offer to the successful candidate will be a contract role with a 12 month term with daily rates to $1150 + super based in Parramatta.
There is hybrid (WFH) working options which are currently two days from home.
