Responsibilities

  • Supporting program monitoring and evaluation, performance and progress reporting.
  • Coordinate the executive correspondence function for the branch, including allocating, tracking and reporting on efficiency and responsiveness of the Branch
  • Reviewing and editing briefs, correspondence, reports and other project documentation to ensure accuracy and quality prior to progressing to the Executive Director to support decision-making.
  • Monitor project progress, risks and dependencies, proactively identifying and addressing emerging issues.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to identify needs, resolve issues and support delivery.
  • Contribute to business planning and continuous improvement to ensure activities remain aligned with strategic priorities.

We’re looking for a talented Program Management Officer to help our branch keep its finger on the pulse.

This is a varied role at the centre of branch activity, helping us understand how our programs are progressing, what’s working, where attention is needed and how we can continuously improve.

You’ll work across a diverse portfolio, supporting program monitoring and evaluation, performance and progress reporting, executive brief review and branch-wide coordination. You’ll bring together information from multiple sources, identify insights and emerging issues, and help translate them into concise, high-quality advice for senior leaders.
