• Organisational expertise in managing logistics, resources, and budgets within program areas.
• Commitment to professional learning and implementation of best practices in education.
• Active contribution to school leadership and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination of learning enhancement programs that support students with diverse learning needs.
• Supervise teachers and school officers engaged in the program throughout the school.
• Induct new teachers and school officers within the program (or supervise the induction where undertaken by another experienced teacher).
• Monitor program outcomes for students and address areas of concern through interventions.
• Coordinate staff delivering the designated program in line with the school's values and ethos.
• Regularly communicate with students, parents, staff and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the program.
• Organise program activities including resources, transport, operations and staff.
• Keep abreast of best practice in the program area through ongoing professional reading and staff development.
